From the initial idea to operation in the field – our consulting and engineering services support you with the successful implementation of your mobility systems.
Our portfolio of consulting and engineering services supports your development processes – from E/E systems and software development to integration, verification, and validation. Our services cover the entire vehicle life cycle.
Well thought out concepts as the basis for successful engineering projects
The concept phase lays the foundation for the later success of a project. We assist you in defining your project goals with user analyses and benchmark processes. Within a collaborative approach, we define the vehicle system that accurately reflects your brand’s DNA. As well as working with you on the technical design, we are also happy to advise you on processes, methods, and engineering tools, such as applied model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
Development and prototyping of performant E/E architectures
Throughout the complete function development of your E/E architecture, we ensure that requirements are described and documented both clearly and consistently across all detailing levels. Along with the functional chains involved, our approach also integrates such aspects as functional safety, cybersecurity, and diagnostics, as well as the analysis of interactions and dependencies. The functional, logical, and physical design of an E/E system defines how future-proof and expandable the E/E architecture is.
Customized software design for all domains of your mobility system
We develop control software for all domains of your vehicle system – for embedded systems or for nomadic functions according to your software requirements. Be it on-board or off-board solutions: our engineering toolchain assists you in everything from software design and implementation to integration, validation, and verification.
Cross-domain consolidation of vehicle systems
The sheer multitude and ever-increasing rate of development of electrical and electronic systems demands a high degree of expertise and experience in both the connectivity of E/E systems and interface specification. We integrate, verify, and validate vehicle functions controlled on a cross-domain basis and employ our vast software and component expertise to create your mobility solution. This also applies to concepts that are not based on Bosch components.
From the comprehensive analysis of your E/E architecture to the concept development and preparation for volume production: we provide you with individual engineering services and take care of the integration, verification, and validation according to industry-specific standards.
With our off-board services, you benefit from secure, scalable, and tailored connectivity solutions, which enhance the user experience and provide opportunities for improved functions and operating strategies.
We support you throughout the entire engineering process, including assistance with safety processes and safety management as well as technical support in the development of safe vehicle functions. We also provide the necessary safety certifications by means of audits and assessments.
The diagnostic capability of vehicles is essential in all areas of development, production, in daily use, and during eventual decommissioning. By using cutting-edge engineering methods, we create consistent end-to-end diagnostic concepts for you.
We provide you with comprehensive cybersecurity services – starting with engineering and covering the entire vehicle life cycle. We also support you with our easily integrated cybersecurity solutions.
